Join life coaches Kristie Keller and Judy Stoffel Loewen for a guided self-exploration about what it means to mindfully be at choice. Dynamic subtopics include shifting, trusting the process, decision making, the roles of intuition and logic, and changing your mind. It is our intention to provide opportunities for people to create time and space to make deeper connections with themselves and what is important to them.
